Al-Khatib Press Conference- March 4, 2013

Moaz al-Khatib press conference in Gaziantep, Turkey just kilometers away from the Syrian border. The President of the National Coalition for Opposition Forces demonstrated rebel strength by visiting Aleppo province over the weekend, but the opposition’s factionalism was revealed in the collapse of talks between anti-Assad politicians over how the Aleppo Civil Council will be constituted.
