US AID: This video shows a Free Army soldier in Daraa driving a child’s tricycle as if it were a tank sent by the United States to the Free Army, and running the first rounds of drilling with it.

This parody was filmed last month in Daraa Province; days after the United States’ announcement that it would begin to arm the opposition in Syria. Since the American commitment, FSA Chief of Staff Salim Idris has said that the arms shipments were in process but opposition fighters say they have yet to see evidence of the assistance materialize in the field.
