Aleppo flooded after direct hit on water pipeline 4-29-13

PIPELINE TARGETED: Government artillery hit the main pipeline on Monday that supplies Aleppo with water. The main pipeline for Syria’s second city runs through the neighborhood of Kadi Askar, a FSA stronghold hosting the Islamic Committee [Court] the Military Council and the Unified Justice Council.
