FIELDS AFLAME: A house and nearby fields burn after a raid by the Syrian Air Force on the village of Kafr Nboudeh in Hama province earlier this week. “This is the food of Syrian people that is burning,” says the videographer, who goes on to curse the United Nations for failing to act.
The FSA-held town, due north of Halfaya, has been under regime bombardment for five months, according to Mohammed al-Hami, a member of the Local Coordination Council. The videographer says the has blaze destroyed one hundred acres of agriculture land. The men of the village are trying to extinguish the flames with improvised methods. Al–Hami told Syria Direct on Thursday that the fire has not yet been contained. Video courtesy of al-Latamneh Local Coordination Council.
