ANOTHER INSPECTION, ANOTHER INCIDENT: Opposition activists report another incident of pre-dawn shelling of Damascus’ Jobar district on Wednesday with apparent use of low-potency gases.

“Nine people with chemical gas poison symptoms have arrived so far,” the unidentified doctor tells local online TV station Heart of the Capital. “New patients are reporting new symptoms.”

Rebels in Jobar reported continuing clashes in the area today.

“They only used limited-effect gas bombs on a very specific area of the front, causing average injuries,” said Omar Hamza, spokesman for the Revolutionary Command Council in Outer Damascus.

“This happened in the middle of continuing exchange of fire.”

Meanwhile, opposition media uploaded video of the UN inspection team arriving in the Ghouta town of Melayha.

The Syrian Coalition issued its own preliminary report on the August, 21 attack on Wednesday afternoon based on interviews with sources ranging from first responders to Assad intelligence officers sympathetic to the revolution.

The report chronicles events from the moment that Assad’s Brigade 155 first launched missiles southward at Ghouta through the burial of victims over the course of the following days.
