NewsUpdateSept2013* Damascus residents tell Syria Direct that the price of bread had tripled 
since Obama’s pledge to act.President of the Council of Ministers Waiel al-Halaki says all food supplies are available, and bakeries operate around the clock.

Government said to be distributing missile launchers and cannons in loyalist neighborhoods of Damascus.
